Emergency Triage, Treat, and Transport (ET3) is a new, voluntary, five-year program led by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center (CMMI).
With ET3, fire service and EMS providers could be paid for alternatives to the usual ambulance trip to the hospital, which reduces unnecessary emergency room usage, lowers healthcare cost with improved quality of care.
ET3 offers treatment and transportation alternatives for fire service and emergency medical service (EMS) providers that serve or would like to serve Medicare Fee for Services (FFS) beneficiaries.
NAEFO sponsor and partner, Public Consulting Group Inc. (PCG), a provider of Medicare Cost Survey services to NAEFO members, presents this webinar about a program that could radically change EMS.
