JOIN NAEFO
There are three classes of membership in the National Association of Elected Fire Officials:

State Association Membership

  • Each state association of elected fire officials is eligible for NAEFO State Membership
  • Each State Member can designate one representative for election to the NAEFO Board of Directors
  • State Membership Delegates receive discounted registration rates for all NAEFO events
  • State Membership is $1,000 per year

Individual Membership
  • Every elected fire official is eligible for NAEFO Individual Membership
  • The individual membership annually elects at least one representative to the NAEFO Board of Directors
  • Individual Members receive discounted registration rates for all NAEFO events
  • Individual Membership is $100 per year

Associate Membership
  • Individuals, companies, districts and departments that are affiliated with the fire service are eligible for NAEFO Associate Membership
  • Associate Members do not have voting rights
  • Associate Members receive discounted registration rates for all NAEFO events
  • Associate Membership is $100 per year
  • Associate Membership is $50 per year for retired members

NAEFO MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL PROCESS

NAEFO Membership Invoices are sent out one month before the member's expiration date.  If you currently have an outstanding membership invoice, please be sure to send membership dues to the NAEFO office as soon as possible.
